Appointments & Booking

Spora is an appointment-only studio. All tattoos are booked in advance to allow proper time for consultation, design, and the tattoo process.

You can submit a Tattoo Inquiry through our website, email us, or reach out directly to the artist you’d like to book with. We’ll get back to you with the next steps.

Booking timelines vary by artist and project size. Some projects book weeks ahead, others months. Submitting an inquiry early is always recommended.

Yes. All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposit details and payment instructions are shared once you’re in the booking process.
Pricing & Payments

Pricing depends on the artist, size, placement, and complexity of the project. You’ll receive pricing information after your inquiry is reviewed.

Cash, debit card, credit card, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App are accepted.
Design & Process

Yes. Reference images are welcome and helpful. They are used as inspiration rather than copied designs.

Unfortunately, our artists are not able to share designs before the appointment. Adjustments can be made the day of your appointment.

Yes, we offer consultations.
Deposit Policies

Deposits are non-refundable.

A deposit will be forfeited if:
The client does not reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment
The client does not show up for the appointment (considered a no-show 30 minutes after the scheduled time without notice)
The client does not reschedule the appointment within 6 months of the original date
Rescheduling becomes a recurring issue (at the artist’s discretion)

Yes. The deposit is applied to the final cost of your tattoo.
For multi-session projects, the deposit will be deducted from the last session.
Studio Policies

Yes, One support person per client is allowed.

For safety reasons, children are not permitted during tattoo appointments.

Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside the studio.
Guest Artists

Yes. Spora has a permanent tattoo station dedicated to guest artists. This allows us to keep the studio connected to fresh ideas while building meaningful connections with artists from around the tattoo world.
